Return and Cancellation Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your MOOV Guitar order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. You will receive a full 100% refund of the guitar retail price – if the following requirements are met:

Shipping Costs & Refunds

All shipping costs and charges related to our return policy are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for taking care of all shipping costs as well as customs taxes and duties, if any. Refunds are issued to the customer for the full amount of retail price paid at date of order, only if product is returned in brand new condition, with no signs of use and damage, and in the original packaging used by the manufacturer (MOOV Guitars). All charges associated with the refund are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at contact@moovguitars.com. If there is no way for us to resolve the problem remotely, we will issue a full refund of shipping costs if the product is proven to be defective on the date of delivery. The defective product must be returned to us in order for us to proceed with the repair of the defective parts. In the extreme case that the product or part cannot be repaired, we will send a new product to the customer.

Cancellation

Placing your order reserves a place on the order list and initiates the construction of a custom handmade MOOV travel guitar to your specifications. Due to this fact, partial or full payment binds your order and cannot be cancelled. Generally, we process orders upon receipt and immediately begin planning the production of your custom handmade MOOV travel guitar. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can consider your request. Please note that if a cancellation is accepted, there is a penalty that varies.

You can request additional customizations and modifications of your order, within a period of time which varies depending on the order list (please contact us for up-to-date details).

Payment Receipt

Please make sure you have a copy of all your payment receipts.
